The hotel is luxurious and stylish with very friendly night shift employees. The modern rooms offer lovely sunset views from the balcony. The bathrooms are equipped with a bidet.

The new-fashioned room with its best beds. Bonus point for iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and television. Magnificent and wonderful location in Funchal, really close to the centre of Funchal as well as many good restaurants and the casino.

The room we booked was spacious and modern with balconies and a good-sized bathroom, exactly as described, and the location was fantastic, being close to everything.

Really good staff, tasty and savoury breakfast with fruit and ham, as example. Marvellous location at a moderate distance from Municipal Garden of Funchal.

The location was particularly good and perfect, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Marina do Funchal. the area was nice, safe, close to the old Funchal as well as Funchal town center. - the breakfasts here were plentiful with tomatoes, ham, yogurt.

Only disapointment was cooked breakfast was very oily and only just warm but there were alternatives to a cooked breakfast if wanted

The staff were polite, helpful and quick to find us a twin room as we had requested on the booking form. Also, they allowed us to check in at 10am in the morning.I can't comment on their leisure facilities as we did not use them

There were no facilities for making drinks. as there is no room service this is an inconveniance

This place has a fantastic location, just steps away from restaurants, the harbor, and the city center; the beds were spacious and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The hotel is luxurious and stylish. The staff working the night shift are very nice. The location is central, within walking distance to the city center. It is conveniently located near tourist attractions, sightseeing spots, and bars in the hotel zone.

Excellent location, right above Porto Santo ferry quay. Really cheap. (because of nearby demolition work I think). Good backyard with pool and sunbeds, helpful staff on the reception and in the bar.

There was a demolition work across the garden, hence it was noisy in daytime. As it was close to casinos and night club, noisy in the night as well. Double glazed windows help from noise, but it becomes too hot and too little oxygen inside. Air conditioning produces lots of noise but doesn't cool anything. Also, once upon we spotted a 5cm long cockroach in the hallway next to our room. When we complained about that, they acted if they nao comprende.

This place is clean, has lovely sunset views, a beautiful building, fashionable and spacious rooms with a nice balcony equipped with chairs.

The hotel is near Pestana Casino Park Hotel. This is a quiet and clean hotel. And the breakfast was really good.

The bed was the noisiest creaky bed we have ever slept in!
